1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any service offered on filbert, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and filbert. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to filbert is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online betting activities.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
filbert does not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or use its services. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending review.
3. Account Creation and Security
When registering on filbert, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your account with another person is prohibited. filbert reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or termination. Each individual may only hold one account on filbert; duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using filbert, you agree not to:
- Engage in any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment information or misrepresentation of identity.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated systems, bots, or scripts.
- Collude with other users or engage in any form of match-fixing or coordinated betting abuse.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication features on the platform.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by Philippine law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on filbert are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support local payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and online bank transfers. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you submit are accurate and belong to an account registered in your name.
Deposits are credited to your filbert account after confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy and may require identity verification. filbert is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the platform's payment section.
filbert does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. All promotions, if any, are subject to their own specific terms.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
filbert provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, delays, or technical issues. All content on the filbert platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, software, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of filbert or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of filbert's intellectual property may result in legal action.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. filbert is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party site.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
filbert reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or failure to comply with verification requirements. In cases of confirmed fraud, forfeiture of account balances may apply.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and remaining balances will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification completion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of filbert shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
